Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.
Cancellation, Postponement & Substitution Policy
Provided the registration fee has been paid in full, substitutions at no extra charge can be made up to 30 days before the commencement of the conference. Substitutions must be received in writing or by fax to +603 2161 6560 or email to email@example.com
Cancellations received by the secretariat before February 1st, 2012 will be entitled to a 50% refund on the sum of monies paid and must be received in writing or by fax to +603 2161 6560. Cancellations received after February 1st, 2012 will not be credited.
The organizing secretariat reserves the right to postpone the event, to change the location of the event or to alter the advertised speakers for the event.
The organizing secretariat is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control including but not limited to Acts of God, Natural Disasters, Sabotage, Accident,
Trade or industrial disputes, terrorism and hostilities.
